Joxdigital Refund Cancellation Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid are non-refundable. Services are milestone-based, and payments are made upon milestone completion.
  2. Scope of Services: The specific services provided at each milestone will be clearly defined in the client agreement.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones, and no further payments will be required for incomplete milestones.
  4. Change Requests: Requests for changes in project scope or milestones may affect project timelines and costs, subject to agreement between Joxdigital and the client.
  5. Intellectual Property Rights: Intellectual property created during the project remains the property of Joxdigital until full payment is received, after which ownership will transfer to the client, as per the terms of the agreement.
  6. Liability Limitations: Joxdigital’s liability for any claims related to the services provided is limited to the total amount paid by the client for such services.
  7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.
  8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
  9. Force Majeure: Joxdigital is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  10. Policy Modification: Joxdigital reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
